New Delhi | Jagran Entertainment Desk: Minutes after reinstating his ‘King Khan’ footing during an exchange with his fans, Shah Rukh Khan raised his fingers on Twitter for a sarcastic pat of appreciation for his compatriot Salman Khan and his just released song – ‘Pyar Karona’ – to raise awareness about the Coronavirus pandemic.

The 54-years old actor was going through an interactive session on Twitter with his fans, when a user asked him, “#asksrk @BeingSalmanKhanjust launched his new song in his voice about corona and his love about country. Have you watched this ? @iamsrk”

Shah Rukh responded back with his signature brand of sarcasm and while taking a pertinent dig at Salman’s seemingly evergreen singlehood and exclusive talents of his own, Shah Rukh said that, “Bhai kamaal ka Single aur Singer hai...”

Twitter broke on this immaculate wit of Shah Rukh’s with multiple ‘Wow’ and ‘Awestruck’ adjectives.

“What did you eat today? You are on fire,” a Twitter user @drshefali23 wrote.

“We got your sarcasm,” another twitter user @iamdhaval29 wrote.

Salman has sung the song Pyaar Karona, which was released on his YouTube channel on Monday. The track has been co-written by Salman and Hussain Dalal and composed by Bollywood’s famous Music director duo Sajid-Wajid. The track comprises of some important messages for social distancing while being responsible during the on-going pandemic.

Earlier during the #AskSRK session, when a user commented on the decline of King Khan’s stardom and asked him, when Khan will realize it’s time to switch the career or time to stop calling himself a superstar – Khan’s reply was nothing short of what millennials call ‘savage’.

“Wouldn’t know....try asking a superstar. I am just a King unfortunately...,” Shah Rukh Khan tweeted.

A blockbuster-longing Shah Rukh faced a barrage of questions about his next movie. Khan dealt with this impatience of his fans and critics through his wit itself. "Don't tire yourself. It's obvious I will do some films...it's obvious they will be made..and it's obvious you all will know," he said.
