New Delhi | Jagran News Desk: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) on Saturday, January 25, 2020, declared the results of ICSI Company Secretaries Foundation Programme Examination on its official website -- icsi.edu and icsi.examresults.net.
The candidates who had given the ICSI CS Foundation examination in the month of December 2019, are advised to visit the official website of the institute -- icsi.edu -- to check and download their results. The ICSI CS Foundation exam was conducted on December 28 and 29.
Along with the results of ICSI CS Foundation examination, the institute has also announced the subject-wise break-up of marks and e-Result-cum-Marks Statement on its official website.
“Formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement of Foundation Programme Examination will be uploaded on the website of Institute: www.icsi.edu immediately after the declaration of result for downloading by candidates for their reference, use and records,” an official notice reads.

From the top bar, click on the ‘students’ tab
Chose ‘Examination’ from the drop-down list
The link to download CS Foundation Result will be displayed on the screen
Click on the link to go to the login page
Key in your login credentials and submit
Your result will be displayed on the screen
Download and take its print out
About ICSI examination
The ICSI CS Foundation examination is an eligibility test conducted for Company Secretaries to test their eligibility so that the candidates can apply for the membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The candidate appearing for the ICSI CS Foundation exam has to pass three levels -- (1) CS Foundation Exam (2) CS Executive Exam (3) CS Professional exam -- of CS exam conducted by ICSI and complete a period of practical training
