Melbourne (Australia) | Jagran Sports Desk: The Indian women's team pacer didn't have a good day against Australia at the T20 World Cup 2020 finals on Sunday after the Baggy Greens scored 184 runs in their 20 overs. Indian pacer Shikha Pandey particulary had a bad day after she recieved an unwanted record.
The 30-year-old pacer, in her four overs, was hammered for 52 runs by the Aussie batswomen. This is also the most expensive figure for a bowler in Women's T20 World Cup.

The Australian batswomen, led by Alyssa Healy and Beth Mooney, smashed the Indian bowlers to all corners of the ground. The duo scored 75 and 78 respectively and gave Australia a wonderful start.

Healy blasted 75 off 39 balls studded with seven fours and five maximums while Mooney remained unbeaten on 78.
On the other hand, Deepti Sharma was the pick of the Indian bowlers taking two wickets for 38 runs in four overs.
Healy's entertaining knock finally came to an end in 12th over when she was holed out at the long-on boundary by Veda Krishnamurthy off left-arm spinner Radha Yadav.
After Healy's dismissal, Mooney took charge and added 39 runs with skipper Lanning before Deepti's double strike in the 17th over pulled things back for India to some extent.
The finals of the Women's T20 World Cup between India and Australia is underway at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). This is the first time when India has managed to reach the finals of the tournament, and the side would be playing in front of more than 80,000 people at the MCG.
On the other hand, Australia has won the T20 World Cup four times. They are the only team in the history of the tournament to reach the knock-out stages in every edition.
